We strive to bring you quality children’s garments and hold each item to exacting standards. Every outfit passes through a series of inspections before it arrives to you. However, if you desire to return an item, the following policies and procedures apply:

All requests for returns must be made by phone or email within 10 days of receipt of goods. We will then provide you with a Return Authorization number. This number must be enclosed in the package of the item to be returned.

All original items of the set must be present including hangers, slips, booties, hats, etc. Items damaged by the customer or that are missing original pieces cannot be returned.

A 12% restocking fee applies to items returned in new and normal condition that can be returned to stock.
